I was aware of Diane and her capabilities from a number of courses that I attended whilst an employee of a business that I worked for many years ago. Within my own businesses I had identified that I needed some bespoke tailored training predominantly on commercial and sales based improvement. I had no hesitation but to contact Diane who I knew would have the answers. Along with her team she designed 2 completely separate courses to fit in with 2 separate businesses , each carrying out very different activities. Starting with an extensive research period in conjunction with the businesses senior management she then progressed on to running specific training for the company’s Directors so that they could support the staff before moving on to the actual workforce.

The results have been outstanding with real effect on both customer service, conversions and gross profit.

My team have just completed the “where are we” training course and the feedback and enthusiasm from everyone involved has exceeded my expectations. Diane’s style was perfect and she actively engaged and enabled everyone in the team to contribute. The group sessions were fun, but informative leading to a greater sense of self and style. Each person was challenged to come up with an action plan at the end of course and how it will benefit them. Unlike other courses the action plans presented to me have all been different with tangible benefits, in fact some benefit is already in action less than a week later. We would highly recommend this course to a team that wants to redefine its focus, push for improved productivity, but continue to have fun along the way.

Old Habits / New Tricks

When my Company decided that we should all be given "telephone skills" training I initially thought, no not more time out of the office for my busy staff. However this was to be no "ordinary" training day!

We were soon at ease with the trainers relaxed yet informed style.

Using real situations and making calls to match , it soon became clear that "old habits" die hard! Individuals were surprised to hear themselves being "confrontational", "unstructured",and generally unprepared.

With the trainers help this was discussed and practical ways to make calls work were adopted.
